Robert's Health Kick

Robert has been working hard over the last year to get fit and healthy!

Robert has changed his diet and started eating lots of fruit and vegetables. He is now swapping the crisps in his lunchbox for a piece of fruit and having salad instead of chips.

Once a week he attends the gym with his personal trainer, Daniel, and works hard on the weights and cardio machines. On his day off he goes for walks round the block on his own, Robert has lost a stone and a half so far!

Robert went for a long walk and a game of football with his Support Worker, Gary, a coach at Elgin City Football Club. Robert learned how to control and pass the ball and next time he'll work on his dribbling and shooting!
