My name is Amy and I live in Angus.
Inspire supports me to lead a full and independent life.
YOUR SUPPORT COULD HELP TOO.
Inspire is looking for support workers in Angus to help local people with learning disabilities, like me, make the most out of life.
Inspire supports multiple people across the Angus area and is continuing to grow.
You don’t need to have any previous experience – as long as you have the right attitude and a kind nature then we will get along great!
Inspire will provide YOU with all your training and the necessary ongoing assistance to make sure that you provide ME with the support I need to live a happy and enriched life.
Support work is really varied. One day you might be helping me with cooking, cleaning, ironing and washing and the next you could be accompanying me to an appointment or group I attend or to get the shopping. Inspire also supports some people who require personal care, including assistance with bathing and toileting.
Inspire knows that different people need different things from their work pattern too, so there is lots of flexibility with available shifts – evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleep-overs etc.
There are loads of benefits from working for Inspire as well – apart from getting to know me!
Permanent staff are paid above the Scottish Living Wage; all staff are supported through a funded SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care (SCQF Level 7); there is a competitive sick pay entitlement and generous life assurance policy and company pension contribution.
SO, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Get your application in today and I look forward to meeting you soon!
